1. 7-Day Unrestricted Free Trial (Try Before You Buy)

Telugu Direct provides an unrestricted 7-day free trial to every user upon downloading the software. All features, keyboard layouts (Smart, Apex, Flow), DTP & Unicode fonts, and creative studio integrations (Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro) are 100% active during the trial with no credit card or financial commitment required. We encourage all graphic artists and studios to thoroughly test software compatibility on their computer before purchasing a subscription.

2. Instant Digital License Delivery

Telugu Direct is a digital software product. Upon successful payment through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), your subscription license key is generated instantly, displayed on-screen, and dispatched to your registered email address. No physical shipping is involved.

3. Refund Eligibility & Criteria

We stand behind the engineering of Telugu Direct. You are eligible for a 100% Full Refund under the following circumstances:

• Technical Incompatibility: If Telugu Direct fails to operate on a supported operating system (Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 7 SP1 or macOS 12+), and our dedicated support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of ticket submission.
• Duplicate Charges: If your bank account or UPI handle is charged more than once due to network timeouts or gateway retries, the duplicate payment is refunded automatically.
• License Generation Failure: If an activation key is not generated and not delivered within 2 hours of payment confirmation and our support team cannot manually issue it.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Change of mind after purchasing and activating the license key on your machine following the 7-day trial period.
• Incompatibility resulting from third-party modified operating systems, unauthorized cracked host apps, or severe malware damage on the user's PC.
• Requests initiated beyond 3 days (72 hours) from the date and time of transaction.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated immediately through Razorpay and will credit back to your original source of payment (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking processing rules in India.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To submit a cancellation or refund request, please send an email to contacttelugudirect@gmail.com with your Payment ID (e.g. pay_...), registered Email, and Machine Code (HWID). Our team responds within 24 hours.
